This weekly blog post highlights women who are successfully running their online business while managing a household to #NormalizeTheShitShow that comes with the territory of “doing it all”.
These moms are going to share the messy side of running their biz & raising kids, what a typical day in the life looks like (does this even exist?!), how they deal with mom guilt and SO MUCH MORE!
You're getting a sneak peek into what their life looks like so you don't have to feel bad when you haven't bathed your kids in weeks & they have avocado in their hair as they lay in their crib (guilty 🙋🏼♀️).
This week we’re hanging out with Krystal Charles of Krystal & Co. Creative.

Yes! 3 kids (8, 20 months and 5 months)
I think my energy and optimism is unique. I always like giving the positive instead of expanding the negative. I’m all about helping others even if there is no reward or recognition for myself.
Managing it all. Some days are better than others but I think the hardest is trying to run the business while also being there for my kids. I hate to make them feel like my business is more important to them at any point.
My house is a MESS. I struggle with keeping up with the day to day cleaning like laundry, dishes, I don’t know the last time I mopped the floor either 🙊🙈

YES. This is Hard because I want to do well with my business but not take any time away from my kids. I have learned that I can step away from my phone and have fun with them without feeling guilty. It’s been a slow start but I’m starting to stop picking up the phone or laptop constantly on the weekends or at night when I’m with my family.
Making my own schedule! Even though I still have a 9-5 currently, it’s giving me a laundry list of what I will not do once I go all in and go full time with my business.
Keep going and pushing through the times where you want to QUIT. The end result is reachable. Do NOT give up.
